Pros: Interesting historical attraction. Views of Mississippi River. Heavily wooded park with many trails. Cons: Airplane noise. Sometimes crowded. Occasional flooding.
2 separate entrances. Mosquitoes.

Pros: lots to do, beautiful scenery, great history Cons: can get very crowded
I have been to Fort Snelling and the surrounding park many times throughout my childhood here in Minnesota, and I still think that there are very few places that can match it. There is so much to do there that you will never get to see it all, well...
