Pros: Some of the most beautiful landscapes in the country. Cons: Peak Fall color equals LOTS of traffic. Very crowded.

Pros: Rustic but clean and warm shelter on top of the Smoky Mountains. Home cooking. Cons: No electricity. No showers. Must book in early October for the following year.
