I cannot put into words the extreme beauty and wonder of this park. We went on an extensive roadtrip from Georia that snaked through much of the southeast and Texas. This was our favorite spot.
Pros: A nice place to stop on a cross country trip. Cons: I don't get to visit often enough.
I spent two nights there and snorkeled the pool both times. Amazing clarity, the catfish were HUGE, and the turtle was just plain cool! Price for camping was cheap. Definitely a great family day trip or weekend getaway!
