Pros: Price, contrast of LCD is adjustable, aux jack to connect external devices. Cons: LCD is unlit. No speed dial buttons.

Great phone.

Pros: Great sound, caller ID, speaker phone. Tilts upward for desk top. Cons: None that I can find.
