Pros: Great Performance, low price, best low-cost AGP solution Cons: large power-draw, underpowered for new games
I bought this card early 2003 for around $200-$300. I actually bought the 64mb version because it was a faster card in all aspects (uses faster RAM so it was faster in all benchmarks than the 128mb version) while being considerably cheaper. ...
Pros: The card gets high marks for video quality when it works. Cons: RMAs take 10 days. You need working video card to get RMA(online)LOUD FAN!
I bought this card for a new system. Out of the box the drivers didn't work right. After waiting 3 days for a long Canadian holiday I got through to customer service who walked me through the driver install on their website. The card worked very well ...
Pros: Mainstream graphics performance, great bundle of TV/Video features, compatibility Cons: Buggy Multimedia Center software, awful software update procedures, poor support
I’ve just upgraded to the ATI All-In-Wonder Radeon 9800 Pro graphics card after using the nearly-identical AIW 9000 Pro in my home desktop PC for the last 2 years (yes, I’m a bit behind the bleeding edge – I prefer a mainstream bargain!). I already ...
Pros: Gaming, TV, dual monitors, video out, video in Cons: nothing
Please Note: I bought this card refurbed, so I didn't get the drivers and cables, so I really can't comment on out-of-the-box installation. This card rocks. Not only does it play every game I've come across (minus Doom 3) with all settings maxed @ ...

Pros: ATI Support, Stability, Length of Product Lifetime, HAPPY FUN potential! Cons: It needs to plug into your power supply.
Massive amounts of wires.
I find the older I get the more I am all about the joys of instant gratification. This means I do not want to do mountains of research and review endless pages of geeks arguing over the respective capabilities of certain sound cards or even worse over ...
Pros: Beautiful, Smooth Graphics, Excellent software support
Cons: Driver upgrades difficult, MASSIVE POWER DRAIN
This is THE card if you are both a gamer and a multimedia enthusiast. This card is more expensive, though, than you might want to spend if you don't have to be on the bleeding edge. If you are a low key gamer (i.e. you won't have to play Half-Life 2 or ...

Nice card worked great as a pvr and for playing games on
But there warranty is no good they've had my card for five mouths now. Three mouths ago we phoned them to see were my card was they told us it was in Taiwan being repaired.
Two mouths ago they told us that they were waiting for it to come back and they also told us that this card was now discontinued. Last mouth we phoned them they told us they lost it
That was a mouth ago and they've never sent me a replacement card or nothing
My gaming and pvr computer has been down now for 5 mouths
and I'm out 260$ us thanks ATI
Pros: EVERYTHING Cons: NONE - except trying 2 get the TV 2 work
hi ppl,
any1 that wants 2 buy the card go 4 it :o. Its the best card 4 graphics and everything. The only problem i have had with it so far is the Tv tuner. i dunno how 2 get it 2 work - maybe its the drivers or something.
IF ANY KNOWS HOW TO GET IT 2 WORK please please contact me on tarkin77@hotmail.com
All in all its the best Graphics card on the market :D
Pros: Awesome Graphics, TV on your computer Cons: Drains a lot of power, Drivers can be difficult at times.
This card is insane. I use this card to play Need For Speed Underground 2. The graphics are amazing. It runs flawlessly.
The only real problems I have found with it is that it drains a lot of power and the drivers can be less than cooperative sometimes.
For the most part it runs fine with every game that I own. These things also last forever and if it doesn't ATI will send you a new one. My neighbor spilled water from his water cooling system on his card and ATI sent him a new one within a week.
Who doesn't like to watch TV. Now you can do it on your computer.
Pros: Multimedia beast, Amazing video game graphics, TIVO Cons: Will heat up your box.
This card is great. It out performs the nvida 5950($500.00) on a third of the video games and is just barley below it on the rest. I play the Far Cry demo(the most graphically intensive game to date) at full everything at 1280x1024 resolution with out a glitch. There isn't a video game out there that this card won't scream through.
Installation requires a connection to the power supply(adapter included). ATI recommends a 300 watt power supply but if you plan on adding fans(which you wil need to) a 350 watt(brand name)- 500 watt power supply is needed. This card WILL heat up your box, especially during video games. I'm using 6 fans and a blower and my my box averages 84.6 F idle.
The last thing to note is that ATI recommends that AMD Motherboards be updated with the latest AGP drivers (from the manufactures sites) before the card is installed. People using the AMD XP processors can skip this step.
