Apex Digital AT2008S 20 inch TV

Cons: Haven't found any negatives in 4 years

I bought this television for my bedroom as a replacement in 2004. I am amazed at the picture quality for such a low priced television. I highly recommend this brand based on my experience with this model

I bought this TV a couple months ago from Walmart.

Price: $99 for a 20" color TV... You can't beat it!

Features: Full function remote, Vchip, Video Inputs on side and back (For video games or DVD player), Outputs on back, Sleep Timer. Basically all the features you can think of even though the price is cheap.

Picture: I have had it a couple months and picture is crisp. Color is very good. It is not flat screen, but i am not a person interested in the highest resolution available.

The only problem I have is the sound is a little hollow sounding. It's not a big deal, but I hooked the audio outputs into my sterio anyway. Keep in mind the sound does NOT cut out and is NOT fuzzy, it just is not sterio.

In conclusion, if you are looking for the top of the line entertainment system, then I imagine you would be buying a TV larger than 20 inches anyway. I find it ridiculous that anyone would spend more than 100 dollars for a 20 inch TV when there is absolutely no reason to. The Apex TV is a wonderful value!

I moved out into a place of my own with a roommate recently. I didn't have a television so I decided to buy one from circuit city. I had researched a few and I found that the Apex AT2008 was the best for my buck. I paid $89.99 for it. Got it home and it's just wonderful. The sound is perfect, even at one of it's lowest sound settings, it sounds like stadium seating in a theatre. Very ease of use menu. Turns on without having to press power, you can set it to an on time and an off time. Has the most convenient audio/video jacks, on the back of the television as well as on the side. If you're looking for a cheap television but one of the highest quality, get this one!
