Pros: Price, ability to play many different formats (VCDs, sVCDs, JPEGs)
Cons: Lousy remote control, extremely slow loading of DVDs.

Summary: I like this TV. The flat screen and stereo make it worthwhile for the 90$ I paid for it. I use the s-video input for DVD and the audio output is a nice feature. The picture quality was better than expected. If I lose the remote it will be no problem
