Pros: Intuitive controls, light, dependable, easy organization of music, great sound Cons: Price, battery life.
The iPod keeps getting better. This fourth generation 20GB is the best yet, with a click wheel and better battery life. The pros to this unit are its small size and weight, intuitive and easy controls, great sound, strong durability, and fast hard drive. ...

Pros: Coolest design, well ported over to Windows Cons: Expensive, non user replaceable battery, did I say expensive.
I bought one of the first digital music players that came out (can anyone say Sony Music Stick) and quickly returned it because of the terrible copy protection scheme. I then bought a Creative Labs Nomad II that I still use for working out (no skips). I ...

Pros: Good sound quality, iPod Wiz/Linux Cons: Price, can't play WMAs, Notes feature isn't polished yet. bad battery and exterior.
Okay so the iPod is a great MP3 player. I love it. The problem is, it's overrated due to lack of features, technical problems, and high price tag. Ease of Use: 3/5 Now the iPod itself is very simple to figure out. After a good 4 minutes with ...

Pros: probably the most compact 20GB MP3 player out there. Solidly built. Nice packaging. Cons: non-customizable equalizer, poor-sounding stock headphones, overly sensitive touch wheel (esp. for volume control).
This is my first purchase of an iPod, and my second purchase of a portable MP3 player (my other is a Rio Cali). I was able to get a $30 educational discount since I work at a University. Going into the purchase I already knew of the pros and cons ...

Pros: Capacity, Craftsmanship, Intuitive, Good Value Cons: BATTERY LIFE, Compatibility, "Hiccups", Volume equalizer
I'm all about short reviews, as I hate reading people's life stories. In short, the iPod is a good machine. However, it might be a wee bit overrated as far as I'm concerned. Here's my breakdown: Pros: - The capacity is unrivaled. Other ...

I need to say first that I am devoted Apple fan forever, and however objective I will try to be in my review it's important to keep that in mind. Apple iPod is the second MP3 player that I own. Some four years ago I first purchased Nomad Jukebox Zen ...

Pros: Battery life, design, storage capacity Cons: None!
First of all, I am completely and totally biased--I love absolutely anything made my Apple. I really believe in the concept of "you get what you pay for." I had wanted an iPod for quite some time--long before the fad began. I finally got one a couple ...

Pros: Sound quality
Cons: Included earbuds
I've had my IPOD for 2 weeks now, and read all of the reviews on IPOD, and earphones/headphones, and the music quality. I've also tried several experiments while importing CD's from my music library into IPOD, the results were simply amazing. Try this ...

Pros: great sound quality, nice design, lightweight Cons: too many to list, biggest are the battery and price
the apple iPod, I saw the product and decided to try it since everyone and their mama in the media talks about it. So I purchased mine, immediately I hated the fact that iTunes was required. Then I realized that I can't keep WMA on the player - which ...

Pros: Fairly rugged, decent price for the space. Cons: Scratches easily, Doesn't work all that well with windows.
I bought this iPod a few months ago and have been using it daily ever since. While it is a nice MP3 player, it's not the life changing experience everyone seems to make it out to be. The menu system is a fairly simple affair that seems to work fairly ...

Pros: Versatility, accessories, fast uploads, works great with iTunes Cons: The Price is High!
The I pod is simple in it's look and similar to other MP3 players in basic functionality. The look is super-clean. I'm certain everyone has seen them a million times. The sound is incredible and it has all the necessary functionality of a great MP3 ...

Pros: Color screen, Apple reputation, disk space, sound, sleep timer Cons: Cheap headphones, dock not included, no .OGG, scratches easily, weird controls, battery, no editing
I purchased a 20GB color-screen 4th generation iPod from Circuit City when my little Rio Karma MP3 player died after one year's use. Since I had the Circuit City "Protection Plan" (a warranty) for the Karma, I was issued a $250 Circuit City gift ...

Pros: Easy to use, sounds excellent, feels good and solid. Works like it's supposed to. Cons: Chrome back is easy to scratch and loves fingerprints.
This is my first iPod- i got it three days ago. So far I am impressed by the sound quality and the features. The click wheel makes it very easy to scroll through a large music library, change the volume, access menus, etc. Very intuitive. The included ...
