    Pros: Was a nice toy while it lasted.
    Cons: Bad customer service, no repair options

    Summary: I bought an Apple ipod 20GB U2 Edition about 15 months ago. I started to have problems where the ipod would freeze and would not be able to be turned off. I would have to wait until the charge ran out, then recharge it before i could get it to respond.
