Pros: External size, water efficiency Cons: Constant repair, leaks, internal size
Summary: I am highly disappointed that I did not read the reviews on this product before purchasing it. I bought both the Asko washer and dryer 6 years ago while living in California. Water was scarce, so this seemed like a responsible purchase. Little did I know ...

Pros: 205 Degree Wash Temp. Great Quality, Great for Alergy Community. Cons: HE Detergent Required or you will have suding issue. Please refer to other responses.
Summary: I am extremely impressed with my unit. I graduated from one Asko to another. Kudos! A lot of consumer responses revolve around lack of education of the product. A lot of consumers which buy HE- Washers don't understand that "HE rated" wash soap is ...

Pros: cant think of any Cons: High maintenance. Noisey. Long cycles. A frustrating appliance.
Summary: Like any high maintenance relationship, this washer sucks. The shortest cycle is 33 minutes. If you really want something clean, the cycle is over 1 hour. Worse than anything, the washer stops if you mistakenly leave the tiniest thing in a pocket. A

Pros: Self heating water was major factor. Loved small size and the 1300 RPM spin cycle. Cons: Constant repairs. Smoking. Burning smell. Fax Asko copies of all repairs to prove problems.
Summary: After one year, the repairs were so big that Asko actually replaced the machine only to have new problems. After the third year I gave up being concerned that my house would catch on fire. Never leave this machine running when you are not home. I loved

Pros: It came with the condominium. Cons: Three visits by a qualified repair man and it still is inoperable.
Summary: We recently moved into a new condominium and the Asko W6441 washer was already installed. When it worked, it was OK. But when it doesn't work, it's impossible to fix. The repair man has made three visits. At the conclusion of the first two visits, the

Pros: Heats it's own water Cons: unreliable, low-capacity
Summary: We owned our Asko for two years before finally selling the pair. It does a fine job with small loads, but the washer does NOT hold a normal load or even close to the 7 pairs of jeans per the brochure's claims. We could wash 1/3 of what it claims... and
