Pros: Easy to maneuver, comfortable, 5 point harness, 4 reclining positions Cons: A bit heavy to lift, small storage area, 2 hand folding
I bought this stroller about a month ago and it was a very smart stroller purchase for our 9 month old baby boy. This model is the 1802 but it is more commonly known as the EuroTrend Sport Stroller. My wife and I shared the duties of walking with our ...
Pros: high, ergonomic handles; reasonable price; nice size storage basket; multiple reclining positions Cons: Seat cushion not removable; hard to open & close; canopy viewing window too low
I researched umbrella strollers over the last few days, including reviewing the comments here on this 1802 stroller. My goal was to buy a tall umbrella stroller to save my back, and so that my tall husband can push it, too. Some other comparable ...
Pros: Great for tall people. Lightweight. Comfy for baby. Reclining seat. Cons: The sun shade is not broad enough to really provide maximum coverage.
I needed a small umbrella-type stroller for our 14 month old, but everyone we tried was too short for us. (We would actually walk on the road with the stroller on the sidewalk to make it easier for us.) This stroller is wonderful! The handles are long enough for us (I'm 5'8" and my husband is 6')and our feet don't hit the wheels while we walk. It's fairly light--though not the lightest, but it's easy to fold and very compact once it's folded. We love it and I recommend it to anyone who needs a taller stroller.
I researched several "umbrella-fold" type strollers since my large "travel system" stroller was becoming bothersome to fit in my small trunk. This stroller has many positives including: -It folds like a typical umbrella stroller (to approximately 6 inches deep) with an extra safety lock latch -Has double-lock rear wheels which makes it easy to stand up against a wall when not in use -Has a 5-pt harness **This was a MAJOR selling point for me. I have a very active 8-mo. old and the 5-pt harness was a must! -There are several different reclining positions -The canopy is retractable, removable and stores compactly. -The sitting area is much wider than competitive umbrella strollers. -The handles are about 3 inches taller than other strollers. My husband is 5'11" and uses it comfortably. The only negatives I feel are: -The storage basket is not accessible when the stroller is in either of the two most reclined positions -The viewing window on the canopy is not positioned well. I am 5'4" and must bend down to see my son through the 5" window. All in all, an EXCELLENT purchase!
Used and abused for almost 3 years! Taken all over the world! by arlosmom ,Oct 17 '05
Pros: durable, good for tall parents, stylish, comfortable and AFFORDABLE. Cons: they could give it to me for free?
Taken all over the world, under planes, through bumpy European streets -- and still going! Why do people spend 300 dollars on a stroller when this one is durable, cute, comfortable and light. GREAT FOR TALL PARENTS TOO! . It is light, easy to use and my son has been comfortable in it up to 40 plus lbs. It has taken a serious beating and is still going and going and going.... and going....
