Pros: Rugged feel and great optics.
Cons: None that I can think of.

They have a very solid feel and very nice focusing mechanism. The view with them is bright and clear and I like how compact they are.

These are incredible binoculars. Cabelas.com had them on sale for $49, normal price is $59. What I didn't realize when I bought them that they work great for people that were glasses. I no longer have to take my glasses off to use binoculars and the field of vision is amazing. Great Buy.
