Pros: Easy, delicious, perfect results every single time, even by first-timers. Lasts longer than you will.

Pros: Accessories are easy to buy or replace
Cons: Hinges don't last that long
Summary: The Big Green Egg is the bomb. We have had brinkmans, char-broils and other kinds but nothing compares to the Big Green Egg. It is so easy to use and is perfect for parties and get togethers. You can cook anything on it. I even made my own smoked cheese.

Summary: Had to laugh at harp007's review. If all you plan to do is cook burgers and steaks look elsewhere, this is too much grill for you. But if you want to make brisket, ribs, pulled pork, turkey, pizza, wings, etc. you can do no better. Amazing bbq

Summary: We have used 'em all Charcoal (bricketts), Natural Gas and finally the Best of all, the Big Green Egg with lump charcoal. A friend finally convinced me to give the BGE a try and we will never ever go back to a gas. It does an absolutely outstanding job

Summary: My wife bought me one for christmas. Before this I just always used a regular charcoal grill with great results. This thing is way too expensive! My last grill was a cast-iron from Winn-Dixie - cost about $50, did a great job, and lasted 10 years.
