Pros: long life highest powered up to 6 loaves best blender I've used
Cons: bowl requires scraping when used for other things than bread dough will "walk" when kneading
I owned a top-of-the-line KitchenAid mixer. I bake bread often for my family of eight and was dissatisfied that my KitchenAid would knead only two loaves at a time. My mother-in-law has owned a Bosch Universal for about 45 years, making bread weekly. ...
