Pros: compact, very powerful, very flexible, attractive styling
Cons: not as easy to find as 'discount' brands
This mixer has been around for many, many years in more than one name. Though Bosch makes it, it has also been sold as a Siemens in Europe and a Toastmaster over here. Same machine, though, same accessories. As with the larger Universal model, this ...
