Canon Elura 60 Mini DV Camcorder

Pros: Still pictures while filming, features
Cons: Bad quality still pictures, bad low light colors, shows problem after 2 years of use.

Overall I think the Elura 60 is a fine camera but could beneficiate from some improvements. I like the fact that you can take still pictures on the digital card (not on the tape) while filming and not affecting the recording on the tape. Not many ...

Pros: Lightweight, compact, picture quality, user friendly
Cons: Battery life. Other than that, none.

I spent 6 days reviewing information online in order to find the best and the Canon Elura 60 was it! Most places it retailed for about $399, but we bought one (new) for $325. Lightweight, compact, VERY user friendly, crisp, clear movies! Like ALL rechargeable battery opperated electronics, I wish the battery had longer life, but we bought a second battery for use as backup. Problem solved! If you are looking for a great, inexpensive camcorder, then take my word from 6 days of research, get yourself a Canon Elura 60.

Pros: Can record to mini dv tape or to sd card.
Cons: None to date.

Awesome Camcorder! Can take pictures and record movies , it can record to mini dv tape or record to sd card. Excellent Quality pictures and movies, very lightweight.
