Awesome Credit Card Size Camera by kubilay ,Mar 03 '04
Pros: Not so many manual options Cons: High quality photos and videos, credit card size, durable case
This camera combines excellent optical and digital engineering in a solid, compact body with amazing features like video recording with sound. It is very durable. I usually carry it without a case in my pocket while climbing, snowboarding but not while diving or swimming. It is ideal for those who wants to carry a camera everywhere. It is so small that you can not feel it in your pocket.
I like it - perfect for beginners and more advanced users by katieholmes789 ,Feb 01 '07
Pros: compact, intuitive controls, manual and auto shooting modes, storage card.
Cons: after 2 years, battery not as good. Small LCD.
I've had this camera for over 2 years now, and I'm still pretty happy with it.
Its simple to use and has some advanced features as well.
I like cannons overall, because they allow you to see a preview of the taken picture under a second and then bounce right back into shooting mode. Unlike, kodaks for example, which take 2-5 seconds to process a shot before you can take the next picture.
It uses an SD card. I still have a 128MB card, and that fits about 50 pictures, on the highest quality - not bad at all.
One bad thing is, after two years, the battery life is going down the drain. It'll say the battery is fully charged and then will show it empty within 30 minutes of use. It wasn't a problem before, so I just attribute this to the battery being old and needing replacement.
Also, the lcd preview window is a bit small, by todays standards, but is still ok.
