Pros: Styling, power, sporty handling, AWD Cons: Ride quality, needs 18s to look good, some iffy interior bits The Bottom Line: Most people will find the 3.2 thoroughly sufficient. But those who desire more power will find it in the 4.2. What they won't find is a more luxurious car.
The A6 was redesigned for the 2005 model year. I generally try to drive cars as soon as possible, but this one slipped through the cracks. Each time I dropped into an Audi dealer something else--A3, A4, A8, S4--seemed more enticing. Especially the S4. ...

Pros: Interior design, improved engine and steering Cons: Heavy with too much mass in the nose, firm ride, tight rear seat, reliability concerns The Bottom Line: Recommended for unaggressive drivers (or aggressive drivers who don't mind noisily scrubbing tires in turns) who put a high priority on interior design and a low priority on reliability.
I've never been crazy about the A4 in non-S form. It wasn't particularly exciting to drive and seemed overpriced for such a compact car, top notch interior notwithstanding. For 2005.5 Audi has revamped the A4, updating its styling and engines and ...

Pros: Excellent engine and transmission, luxury interior. Fun yet practical. Cons: Expensive options. Needs premium fuel. The Bottom Line: Entry level luxury ride. Fun, roomy and practical.
Audi A3 has been released just two months after I bought my current car (an Acura RSX) so I wasn’t exactly looking for a replacement. The A3 is RSX’s direct competitor, however, so I felt compelled to check it out. Audis are particularly attractive to ...

Pros: DSG is the future, Affordable, Fun, The name itself Cons: Options bring cost up, Front wheel drive, noisy 4 cyl. The Bottom Line: This is the one Audi that has performance at a good price and coupled with the DSG is the 1 car I would get other than a 50,000 S4.
Intro: I work for VW and audi and this is based on my take on the fully equipped 2006 Audi A3 we've had for 1 mo. This review is meant to be to the point and is for people who have mostly done a little bit of research on this car already, if you are ...

Pros: Fabulous interior, quattro, delightful engine Cons: Small backseat, maintenance needs after 50K? The Bottom Line: I would recommend this to anybody shopping the entry-level luxury sport segment. Its style and quality trump every competitor, and with or without current incentives, the value cannot be beat.
Two months ago, I leased a new 2005 Audi A4 1.8T for one of my now almost 18-year-old twin boys. Because of favorable lease terms, I was able to lease the car, with a total of $3,900 out of pocket, for less than $400 a month for 24 months. Because ...

Pros: Interior, smooth transmission, rear seats, quality drive Cons: No memory seats, steering precision, slight turbo lag The Bottom Line: A superb car to own, drive and maintain. Recommended.
I feel prompted to write a short review because of some of the reviews I read (including those for the 2004 version of the car). I have had my Quattro Audi A4 1.8T (Automatic transmission) since May 2004 and my wife and I have been very very happy with ...

Pros: Exterior, Interior, Sound System Cons: Noise, Noise, Noise The Bottom Line: Don't buy it unless you are deaf.
When I was first looking for cars my main goal was something that looked good and the Audi A4 more than fit the bill. It's sporty, has a nice interior, and drives fairly well. The thing I cannot stand about the car is the noise. Noise noise noise. ...

Pros: Luxury, performance and elegant Cons: Pricey The Bottom Line: Get what you pay for
With improve exterior that sports a mean bolder look and interior that is fit for a king the Audi A6 is a perfect example of performance and luxury. Firstly the new grill that compliments the eagle eye lights roar beauty. The curved body style gives it ...

Pros: I love the styling, the power, the handling, and the comfort. Cons: Too much down time for major repairs.
My 2005 Audi A4 2.0 Turbo is my dream car. I bought it fully loaded with all the bells and whistles I could get. I love the styling, the power, the handling, the comfort and all the admiring glances.
Here come the but. In the past 1 ½ years I have had a coolant leak; a faulty electronic panel that took 3 weeks to replace; had my keys replaced 3 times; and now a faulty power steering pump that is on back order.
Thankfully my A4 is still under warranty. That is about to end and my relationship with my dream car will end with it. I would not dare continue to own this car without warranty protection. I will have tears in my eyes when I trade it in this summer, but part we will.

Pros: All wheel drive! Cons: The Audi mechanic has my car more than me.
I wil have to say the Audi A4 has been my dream car, until I purchased mine 4 months ago. It has been in the shop 4 times in 4 months with major engine trouble. I have had the ca madjusters replaced, coils 2x's. there is a loud tick in the engine that they say is normal due to fuel injection. I have to say I'm no longer a fan. I don't have anything nice to say about this car, except the all wheel drive. It's great and I have noyt gotten stuck in the snow anywhere.
