Pros: Ride quality, upscale interior ambiance, ummm.... Cons: Odd styling, uncomfortable hard to access third row, seats don't stow below floor, marginal power The Bottom Line: The Terraza rides very smoothly, but has too many weaknesses to recommend it. To play in this segment you've got to spend the big bucks.
Two decades after Chrysler invented the modern minivan, Detroit has all but conceded the segment to the Japanese. Sure, Chrysler is still making a go of it by spending the big bucks to engineer its truly amazing "stow n'go" seats into an otherwise barely ...

Pros: Comfortable safe ride designed with all controls in reach. A good looking, confident driving experience. Cons: Tailgate lever can pinch your hand. Hard to see backing up because of tall seats. The Bottom Line: Excellent van. Everything "fits" and is within reach. It is quiet, roomy and very comfortable. It has a lot of bells and whistles and feels like a luxury vehicle.
Having previously owner a Dodge Grand Caravan, I can only say that the Buick Terraza is a MUCH better vehicle overall. We traded our Dodge in because we had an incredible amount of transmission problems and it was barely 1 year old. When GM had their ...

Pros: Comfortable, decent handling and power, interior room, reliable powertrain, DVD, dual zone climate control, value Cons: Heavy, no available sunroof, still not 100% quality at time of delivery The Bottom Line: Buy one if you plan to keep it several years.
Overall, GM has greatly improved many aspects of their mini-vans in the 8 years that have passed. I should start by saying our family with three children had great service from our Pontiac with no major repairs in 125K miles. We are getting about the ...

Pros: Comfortable
Good Look for a Minivan
Lots of extra features Cons: Air Noise
OEM Tires and Available Replacement Tires The Bottom Line: Very nice family vehicle. The dislikes definitely do not override our likes of the Terraza. Be prepared though to replace tires more frequently than on your other vehicles.
This was purchased to replace an Oldsmobile Bravada. We needed extra room after having 2 children and I was very pleased with the comfort level of this minivan. I would rate the comfort level of this 5 out of 5 stars. Comparing the comfort of the rear ...

Pros: Nice ride, great value Cons: Nothing major, only minor annoyances that are easily fixed. The Bottom Line: Definitely test drive it, the value is there.
We've only had the Terraza for a month, but since there is limited info out there on this van, I thought I should write my thoughts on it. We compared this van to the Odyssey EX w/ leather, DVD, and navigation system. I liked the Odyssey but my wife ...

Need To Fix Problems

Pros: amenities Cons: repairs
I have had the car for 4 months and have had a multitude of problems with it: heater control head short (still no air conditioning!!) and it is on backorder with no expected delivery date, DVD static because they forgot to install a ground wire at the factory - I had wire put in but still static - they don't know how to fix it yet, brakes jerk because of rust on the rotors, 3 tires failed in 2 mos. and had to replace them myself - warranty did not cover - can't find any holes in tire - we think the valve stems were not tightened enough at the factory - so if you buy this car make sure you have them tightened by the dealer.
I love the look of the car and the amenities but would strongly discourage anyone from buying this car until they work out the problems...hopefully they will. My dad sells GM cars so I hate to say this stuff but I don't want you to have the same problems on such an expensive car. The only thing GM will do for my inconvienience is send me an oil change voucher...gee thanks.
