Pros: Roomy, quiet, acceptable fuel mileage and very reasonable price. Cons: Shoulder harness a little tight. The Bottom Line: Possibly the most satisfying purchase I have ever made. Ford has always treated me very, very well.
Let me say up front that I am a loyal Ford owner. I didn't spend a whole lot of time checking out other brands. Plus I loved the styling and engineering of the new model Ford F-150. I didn't really need to buy this vehicle but I was ready after five ...

Pros: Power, in-town handling, comfort, current price Cons: Nasty steering shudder at highway speeds The Bottom Line: Nice truck - if it's one that doesn't shudder. Test the EXACT truck you're buying.
Shopping around to replace our minivan with some form of pickup. Looked at the very attractive deals now offered by Ford. I'd driven a 4.6L Supercab months ago. The engine was little weak, but the dealer had no 5.4L version available to try. Quite ...

Pros: I love the interior. I think its one of the sharpest looking trucks to date Cons: Unfixable shudder, boxs shakes uncontrollably, 5.4L Pings under mild load. Seat uganomics are wrong. The Bottom Line: Don't buy this truck. Inhearant box vibration. Weak 5.4L engine
Ok I am frustrated with Ford, but I think anyone thinking of buying the new F150 Super Crew FX4 should go in with their eyes open. 05 body styling is by far one of the best. I love the lines, the body fit and finish. I am a little disapointed with ...

HI, I had for many years a Toyota and switching back and forth between that truck and a GMC. A few years ago, I bought a used Ford Ranger, a 1999 for my wife. I hated it. At that time, I also traded my GMC in for (this was a mistake...) for a Nissan ...

We've had our F150 4WD Supercrew Lariat for 9 months now and the only complaint we have about it is that the interior smells a little 'off'. We aren't quite sure what we are smelling, but it's obviously nothing organic, and frequently imperceptible with ...

Pros: Nice looking, value for $, feels well put together Cons: Very annoying A/C, very thirsty engine (13 MPG, 4.6L) The Bottom Line: Yes, I'd recommend it if you can get past the clicking and hissing A/C sounds!
This truck has a lot of positives about it but a few negatives kind of kill the buzz. After doing a month of research on the various fullsize trucks available I finally settled on the F150. It provided, in my opinion, the most value for the money. I ...

Pros: No problems. $15,000 for basic truck w/V8 was a bargain. Cons: Unusual for me but I can't think of any. Maybe the brakes. The Bottom Line: Surprisingly I have had NO problems with this truck. It drives great and is afFORDable. I seldom rate anything 5-star, but the Basic F-150 is worth it.
I have had NO problems to speak of with my 2005 F-150. I took it back in 2006 for a new gas cap because the inspector said it failed the pressure test. The only other slight problem is when starting in cool weather (below 40 deg), the fan belt idler ...

I previously leased a 2003 F150 SuperCrew. My lease was coming due and the big decision was what to do? Should I get a new truck or buy out the existing lease. With only 30K'S on my current truck and no real problems except for the 6 disc cd giving me ...

I recently traded my 2002 Tacoma for an 05 F150. The Tacoma was my 1st small truck and was reliable, economical transportation - but I needed more room and towing power sufficient to pull my 19' runabout. I considered GM first because of the "GM ...
