I really liked the new celicas since they first came out. I have the last generation celica (1994) and I love it. It fits me very comfortably. There is also enough room for my 6'5", 210 lbs boyfriend in the passenger side (seat pushed all the way back).
I went to drive and 2005 GT-S and was very surprised to the space it had or should I say didn't have. I am 5'5, 120 lbs and it was a little confined even for me. There was virtually no back seat, there may be enough room for a child or a very short adult.
The other thing I noticed was that the clutch was for a more experienced manual driver. If you haven't driven a manual automobile before I strongly recommend an automatic.
