Pros: Price, price, price and quality. Versatile install, upgrade ready, well built, amazing sound!! Cons: Poor mounting hardware. Lack of tweeter level adjustment, although not really needed.
You probably won't get a better speaker for twice that, actually. I bought these for my girlfriends car because we were on a tight budget. Being an audiophile myself, I had a hard time getting excited about $150 speakers. Boy was I wrong. Install was a ...

CAN'T BE BEAT!!
by hairbandlvr ,Jan 27 '05
Pros: outrageously loud solid build unmatched for price! Cons: Right absolutely NONE!
These speakers cannot be matched in there price range. They normally go for around 300 I got mine at the zeb.com a batch was painted the wrong color and marked down to 150 what a sweet deal!! They sound great the highs pierce you and set right the mids are distortion free and solid. They put others like polk and infinity to shame! I was a polk lover till these came along. Just remember CDT because they have made a name for themselves!

Best you can get for $150
by yogiman2003 ,Aug 18 '05
Pros: Combination of Great sound and Cheap price. Cons: Need to tweak the tweeters, little hard and sharp sometimes.
After asking questions on various forums, I was told to get either Focal,CDT or MB Quart components.
I went with cdt and wow, it is great.
Even without a subwoofer, just these components sounds like if i have a woofer for daily driving. With a subwoofer, they sound harmonical. Sound is very tight. Mids hit hard and highs are crisp. I'm running them with 100wx2 rms amp, just above what they need but they handle it with ease no matter how loud i want.
In some songs the highs really scream hard at high volume. May be better equalizers would help.
Overall great speakers. Really worth more than $150.
