Federal OK - Illinois and Iowa State are almost useless

Pros: - Cheap price, especially with multiple rebate offers - Federal seems ok, easy to use
Cons: - Iowa and Illinois have too many things you have to research and calculate manually.

Summary: This year I was tempted by bargin prices and rebates into buying the TaxCut Premium Federal State. It was a mistake I won't make again. The Federal return was pretty good and I have no real complaints, but the Iowa and Illinois State returns are

Pros: It's cheaper than TurboTax but still more expensive than TaxAct.
Cons: It's easy to get lost in the program and has a lousy depreciation schedule.
