9870: No display, poor factory support

Pros: Voice good, compass good for two weeks.
Cons: Display unreadable, Cobra poor to respond on warranty questions.
Worked great for two weeks. Display does not function properly. Customer service at Cobra did not respond to first email, waiting for call or answer on resend.
Reset to factory specs. tough because display readout fades to nothing very fast. Rest did not fix display issues.
Still detects, if no voice then unit would be scrap.
