I tried this unit for a while. I found the instruction booklet difficult to read. The quality of the cooked food was poor. The unit was difficult to use. This is a very attractive space saving toaster. It broils and cooks nicely, but it doesn't toast on the underside. A pity. Tried to toast on every conceivable rack position. The top toasted beautifully , the underside not at all except on the lowest position when it burnt. Troubleshooting with the company revealed they have received the same comment on other occasions. They couldn't help me.
