Pros: Strong heat
Cons: Poor followup.

I purchased this grill last August 2004. The drip pan came slightly damaged and the fuel line was clogged. The electronic igniter just malfunctioned. As of today, January 28, 2005, I am still awaiting parts for the repairs ordered in August 2004. Next time, I am buying a Weber.

I replaced the knobs after the 1st year due to melted plastic grips, yesterday my husband pried off the second batch of melted grips.  The rotisserie, well we got one chicken completed. Now it won't stay lit.  I purchased this unit because of the "stainless construction", however the brackets holding the handle are chrome and now have measles.  Igniter replaced once, the first one quite after about 6 months, it lasted a couple of times and quit working.  The black lettering on the face comes off when cleaned with stainless cleaner.  This DCS unit is less than 2 years old and is a piece of crap.
