Pros: ease of cleaning, concept of rotating basket
Cons: basket stopped rotating after second use, very poor customer service, odor not significantly reduced
I purchased this deep fryer specifically for the rotating basket - supposedly reduces the amount of oil absorption. It cooks a maximum of 2lbs. of potatoes at a time. The unit has a temperature control dial and heats the oil from 300-370 degrees F....
