Runs very hot and projects at a weird angle

Pros: Well made, bright image, good technical support. Good tabletop unit. Cons: Projects image too high. Cannot be adjusted downwards.
We purchased 4 of these units for our conference rooms and they are very nice units for the money. My biggest problem with them is that if you're planning on mounting them on the wall in order to keep them out of harms way, you have to tilt them down about a 30 degree angle to avoid projecting on the ceiling. Unfortunately, the adjustable foot is intended to raise the image even higher, so it's fairly useless and we have had to resort to stuffing books under the back of the unit to get a usable image.
They emit a LOT of heat (which is to be expected, I suppose) and one of our units overheats infrequently (which should NOT be the case). One bulb failed after two weeks of operation, but Dell is going to replace it under warranty.
Overall, I'm pleased with the units, but it would be nice if you could shift the image without having to stuff things under them.
