Pros: Amazing screen, modular parts, lots of parts available, Great performance considering. Cons: It is a used laptop, with some dated parts.
I just can't yet justify shelling out $2000 for a new laptop. Sure you can purchase a $600 bargain basement laptop, but it lacks the features and upgraded components that I desire. This is why I have now purchased 2 used Dell Laptops. My review is ...
Dells most recent Latitude series(D) is quite different from the uniform C series of laptops. You now have a choice between light compact computers(D400) or perhaps this one, which is anything but. At first glance you may notice its sleek look and ...
Pros: Fast, good battery life, SMOOTH, great tech support, sleek. It just WORKS, all the time. Cons: A LITTLE heavy.

Pros: Large Screen, 512MB RAM, Centrino Platform Cons: Small HDD, Annoying interface devices (buy a mouse!), Cheap feeling keyboard.
The Dell Latitude D800 is a jack of many trades, but master of none. The screen is nice and big, good contrast and brightness. This laptop is VERY heavy, and with the AC adapter, it's a chore to carry around. Leave this big boy tethered to a desk. ...

Pros: Good configuration and stable system Cons: A little heavy.
I've recently started using the Dell Latitude D800 Notebook and noticed that it's one of the best out there.
Pricing wise, it's cheaper than most notebooks on sale right now with the same configuration. It comes bundled with Dell True Mobile which you can use for wireless Internet access.
Furthermore, the look and feel is pretty good. The keyboard is pretty responsive and the keys are not too spread apart of closely knitted together.
So far, I've used IBM, Acer and Toshiba and now I will strongly recommend Dell notebooks to my friends.
