Pros: When they do work (first thing) they are good
Cons: Overheating, bad Customer service, bad support. 15 words isn't enough!
DO NOT BUT ONE! They have MAJOR processor problems - the cooling assembly in the PC cannot cool the P4 chipset adequately to prevent overheating! Look the Dell US website in discussion forums to see all the unhappy punters who have ended up with one!

DO NOT EVER BUY ONE - IT WILL BE A DOG!
