Pros: PRICE, capacity, FM tuner, data storage, USB 2.0, Audiophile software Cons: somewhat fragile, a bit large, less than great control buttons
Summary: I received a 30 gb Polaroid PDP601 for my birthday and wanted to pass along a review of the player. I've used it several hours per week for about a month and a half now. First off, I've never owned an mp3 player before this one, though I've used ... read more

Pros: Easy to use Software, Easy to use interface, Simple setup. Cons: Battery life, FM reception, Bulky case.

Pros: cheap, portable storage Cons: poorly designed User Interface, very poor quality combined with poor support
Summary: Should be called "JUNK JAM" instead. And don't be fooled by the branding (like I was). Polaroid has nothing to do with the manufacturing of this device. The one I purchased worked for 3 weeks before I had to send it in for repairs due to freezing

Pros: Sound quality, functionality, large screen Cons: It's a lot bigger than an iPod, battery life could be better
Summary: I found this player (I didn't even know that Polaroid had their name on MP3 players) for $169, which is the cheapest I've ever seen for a 30 Gbyte player, so I took the plunge. It didn't disappoint! Sound quality is great (I have an all WMA library),
