Pros: Great deal, easy and fast to use

I have enjoyed my Dell immensely! I've had a couple other computers and this one is much faster. (I use it for home office) It navigates very easily and is great for internet use also. I have not had a single problem with it yet. Even for someone not familiar with computers, such as my husband, this one is very easy to use. The help topics and tours are actually very helpful and clear. Windows Xp is excellent. It even came with a free cd burner. If I had it to do again the only thing I would change would be to get the flat panel monitor, such a space saver.
