Epiphone Goth 1958 EXplorer Solid Body Electric Guitar

Pros: A very nice guitar for a good price
Cons: It's not a "real" Gibson I suppose.

No fret markers. A roman numeral XXII on the 12th fret. A sweet satin black finish. This guitar is metal. But surprisingly versatile. The tone range is amazing. Yes, you can play it distorted all to hell and it rocks, but you can play it clean and it sounds even better. The quality maybe somewhat less than an actual Gibson, but the price is a butt-load less. I do need to mention that the factory set up was not terribly good for me (a subjective thing though). And while attempting to put on a .054 E string, the nut cracked. I have not had any other complaints with this guitar. It feels and plays great.
