Pros: High tech performance, just smile and wave at the cops. Cons: Professional install recommended.
I recently installed the SR7 coupled up with the ZR3 Shifter. This gives me the best of both worlds with highly effective radar detection and basically a laser defensive system. The SR7 head unit runs the whole show and the discreetly mounted mute button lets me shut off the laser shifting or the radar alerts at my leisure. I've been nailed with the laser several times and never been pulled over (once I was going 80 in a 55). These units are top of the line and I highly recommend them. Another blemish on my exemplary driving record is not needed.
