Pros: I did like the size and the pans that came with it.
Cons: Way too noisy!

When I first purchased this product I really liked it. For cooking for one or two people it was really great. But then it started to get noisy and louder and louder. I took it in for repair , and all the nuts and bolts were loose. So had them replaced. but alas not good enough. still is VERY noisy! I was then told it was the fan and it would have to be replaced. This all happened after using the oven for nine months. Not worth the purchase price!

The minimum settable temperature is 100-def (F) hotter than the dial setting, and the maximum temperature is 100-deg cooler than the dial indication... Received as a gift, costs $28 to ship back to factory (maybe another $28 for return, for all I know)! Stay away from this product!!!!

This unit is very noisy, I have two now with same problem.
It does not cook any faster in convection then it does on bake.Knobs are not aligned where marks are ,so you must check twice that it is in the correct mode. It can and it will restart itself in a constant on position Pass on this very loud unit.

Cons: Fan vibrated. Toasted unevenly.

Bottom element burned out. Tried to buy part, couldn't. Was told it was unavailable & I should send it back to the factory. Repair shops unable to repair because Euro-pro won't send part to them either. I do not recommend this toaster oven because the cost to ship back to the factory is too high. Have to send to New York from Washington state for repair. It's ridiculous that you cannot replace a simple element yourself. The only alternative is to trash it. I will never buy another product made by Euro-pro or Shark.

Cons: Cheap, not built to last very long

Does a good job in the early days but as it ages it becomes a junker!
Would be a great item if Euro Pro sank a little more quality into the unit.
