I purchased this steam cleaner, for $50.00, in hopes to make cleaning shower, tub, sink, etc. easier. However, I found that it did not cut grime like I expected it too. The steam did not come out evenly and you would have to fill the container up every 5-7 minutes, which really takes up a considerable more time when attempting to do a quick clean.

What a useless thing. It doesn't work anything like the TV ad. I first bought a Steam Shark II and I love it. I paid $139.99 for it at Canadian Tire. I assumed that the steam bottle made by the same company would be good for smaller jobs. I assumed wrong. The steam bottle doesn't work on the same principal as the steam shark II. The steam shark II has a pressure tank,the tank has a bung that you screw in to hold the pressure. The bottle has a fritzy little plastic tab that pushes in similar to a kids beach ball. So there is evidently no pressure in the bottle, if there was it would blow the plastic tad out. I am actually thinking it back to Canadian Tire and getting my money back. It just proves I am once again the victim of advertising. I own parrots so I need every good cleaning devise invented. The Shark steam bottle sucks big time!

If you are planning on buying the Euro-Pro Shark Steam Bottle SC618 Portable Steam Cleaner, I would suggest you save your money. It doesn't work the way it is advertised at all. It's horrible. The trigger action is poorly designed. You can clean a lot faster with hot water and a cloth. Don't bother with this product.
