Cons: Hard plastic, heavy, uncomfortable, unsafe, awkward...

It bangs on your legs as you walk, the handle is hard to use.
Its too heavy, cumbersome even without the baby in it. Its too hard on the baby's head, the head rest is useless and the babys head rolls around as it doesn't hold it properly.
It is hard to fit in the car and awkward to clip in and out.
It doesn't always stay clipped in and neither does the harness.
We bought a different one, I wouldn't recommend this one at all. Its also been tested unsafe with the consumer reports. Go to their website and look for a safer one.

I do not think you need to spend a fortune to get a good car seat, but after owning 3 infant seats, I think this has been my least favorite. I don't like how you have to dip in down into the base and it seems very unstable once in the base, even though my base is tight as can be; I bought the Graco Snugride instead and think it is much better quality and much easier to use

The car seat is inexpensive, but I find it difficult to use. I can not get my car's seat belt to pull tight and this causes the base to be loose against the seat. The car seat also sometimes gets stuck in the base and I have to push it back into the base until the base's clip releases and then I can try to remove it again. This is the most bothersome of the problems. You may also find that the car seat handle sometimes can be hard to fold down. The car seat is easy to clean and the shoulder straps are easy to adjust

I bought this with my 4th baby and it is actually so cozy he actually uses it for a bed! The carseat itself is night, lightweight, and durable. The padding is thick and comfortable and the straps are nice and sturdy. I also like the padding's design as it would work for a baby boy or girl! The only drawback for me is the buckle, it is a little bit hard to unsnap him out of the carseat, and takes a little elbow grease, other than that it is safe, priced right, and comfortable for both of us!

This is not a safe car seat. It will not hold up in a rollover accident. It will toss baby out and leave the baby hanging from infants neck. Yes it will still be connected to base but since it is not a 5 point harness type restraint it is easy for a infant to roll out in this type of accident. I had a rollover accident and my 6 month old came out of the seat and was found hanging from his car seat. Blue and barely breathing. When I contacted Evenflo they gave me a lame excuse and offered to buy back the seat for a mesley $50.00. With no apology. I will not and would not ever recommend this
seat to anyone with an infant.
