Pros: Price is good, specs are good. Cons: Either the unit or its packaging is so poorly engineered that it can't survive shipping

Pros: Lowest cost. Acceptable cooling. Cons: NOISY!!! Installation bracket barely adequate.

Sub Standard Product

Pros: cools the room, powerful Cons: very noisy, poorly made
I purchased this unit because I have casement windows. As soon as I turned it on there was the noise of the fan hitting something against the inside of the unit. A repair man came out and "fixed" it but told me the problem was that the casing was not made strong enough for the unit. A few weeks after the unit was fixed, it began making the noises again. I would look elsewhere as this is a sub standard product.
