    Pros: Features and speed.
    Cons: Not easy to set up, customize, or fully understand except for those with DBA experience.

    Summary: I have a small office set up with usually only 2-3 people accessing the data at any given point. It works pretty flawlessly, if you keep the data sorted, verified and packed once in a while. I run about 2800 contacts with a lot of emails back and forth ... read more
