Pros: Pretty appliance. Has nice shelf space and is quite roomy. Easy to clean.
Cons: Cannot get it to work properly. Was defective out of the box. Terrible customer service.

Pros: clean-steel finish is nice
Cons: very noisy and lousy customer service

Makes noises like plane taking off, animals groaning and people talking. Technician has serviced the unit five times and recommended replacement twice. GE refuses to replace, keeps insisting it is repairable. I've had the unit for four miserable months and cannot get any customer satisfaction. They keep stringing me along with one failed repair after another. This is the second failed GE product I purchased this year. The other was a water heater that failed out-of-the-box and took five days without a water heater to get it repaired. Will never buy another GE product.

Pros: Good values. Looks good, especially when you leave the handles off.
Cons: Slightly less than average efficiency.

The other review talks about a noise problem. I had a noise problem too, until I leveled the refrigerator. It is tilted slightly back so the door will swing close. And level right to left.

The steel on the door is a bit thin, so you have to be really careful when pushing it into place. When the sun is just right, you can see where my knee was.

Pros: it hasnt caught on fire
Cons: Sounds like a hummingbird in your kitchen

it has a very loud humm, wish i new how to fix it, although the other reviewer talked about leveling it which im going to look into
