If you are looking for an average graphics card that can handle your Counter Strike games maybe this is a little too much. I used to have a GeForce2 64 Mb AGP graphics card, and it did fine for those things.
This one, also with 64 Mb, can handle pretty much work, as it's memory is DDR and the GeForce4 MX 440 generation runs faster than older ones.
I did the change as I am making my first steps in video edition and needed a card that can handle tens of minutes of video without having to restart my computer afterwards. This card sure makes that possible.
Its obvious that now my games also run faster and better, including EA' Command & Conquer Generals and MS Combat Flight simulator 3 (which are really heavy).
The TV-out feature (S-Video) also fit my needs, as I can edit video in my computer screen and also see the previews on a TV connected to it.
