Pros: Reduced Nutrition Loss, Highest Nutrient Content, Yummy Yummy Juice
Cons: Very Heavy if you have to move it around.
I used to pay good money at my local Wild Oats Health food store for raw juices. So I decided to research and find the model that I wanted for a home juicer. I started off with the Jack Lalane centrifuge juicer. I used that for about 1 year and wanted to ...

Pros: Superb leafy green and sprout juicer in small quantities. Versatile machine Cons: So time consuming that one will desist.
I have been juicing for 25 years. I own 2 Champions, a Jack LaLanne centrifugal and a Greenpower Hippocrates twin gear. If you want to juice large quantities, don't buy! This machine is a twin axle, twin gear, double axle juicer. Many of these ...

Best juicer for greens and berries
by matdb ,Feb 16 '05
Pros: Great for Greens Cons: Very time consuming.
Not an easy juicer to use, but a efficient one.
If you are looking to buy your first juicer, don't look at this one. This juicer is for the serious juicers only.
You must cut everything into small wedges, even some carrots will have to be cut thinner. Once you have the juice, you will have to filter it through a strainer to get rid of the pulp. Clean up is some what time consuming.
However, you can't beat this juicer for juicing greens, and you can juice today and drink tomorrow. As a matter of fact when I use this juicer I will juice up to five days worth and put it in 8oz mason jars. But it keeps me in the kitchen for about two hours doing this.

Excellent Juicer
by doc14891 ,Mar 07 '05
Pros: Make the highest quality juice, with out all the extra's. Cons: none
The Green Star 2000 Juicer meet all my need. I would be lost with out it. Who need the pasta and mochi maker sets. I have told all my friends about this juicer. It's a best buy in my opinion.

Poor juicing ability
by pyat ,Jun 29 '06
Pros: Comes apart easy enough, few parts, runs quiet. Cons: won't juice! no return policy! too expensive for what you get
This is quite possibly the worst juicer for wheat grass there is. No pulp extraction, very little juice (used over a quarter flat w/less than 1 oz of juice), all the grass was wrapped around the gears. Took over 10 minutes to get the grass out of the gears. More juice in the sink than I got. Company refuses to take the unit back. YOU ARE STUCK WITH IT FOR LIFE!!!
