Cons: doesn't chop well

I bought this at my local Superstore and used it that night to chop onions and garlic. It chopped a bit of the onion, and the rest got stuck in the blade. I had to do take the lid off and push the pieces around. Finally, after several times, everything was ground to a pulp. The next morning I returned it to the store.

I don't know what the previous two reviewers are talking about. Perhaps they didn't read the instructions, or follow them.

I am very satisfied with this great little device. It works exactly as promised on the packaging and in the accompanying manual. There is a learning curve, partly because some of the components do double duty.

Anyway this thing was a lifesaver on my first use of it recently, when I had to prepare lots and lots of onions, garlic, ginger and tomatoes for a huge batch of chicken curry. The motor is very peppy. I like that it's small enough to store in my apartment, which is why I bought it in the first place.

Read the manual, people!
