This Hamilton Beach 5-Quart Slow Cooker is a "Must Have" for Cooking in your kitchen. As a Single, disabled, mother of 3 children...This is a Great time Saver and holds a lot of food. It has a removable stainproof oval stoneware Crock that is dishwasher safe. It is Portable and great to take to Pot lucks, school functions, your church, or really any place where there's a plug. It's handles are easy to grip, and being disabled this is really a plus. The Oval shape allows you to fit a 4 or 5lb Roast or chicken in it. It's great for cassaroles and soups as well. Just throw in the ingredients, stir a few times and leave it to do the work for you! It also Keeps things warm while you prepare other dishes. It's Dishwasher safe. It even come with Easy-preperation recipesas an added bonus. I love the Pull out Crock pot. What a bonus! So easy to Clean. I love how I can make 2 meals with this one Slow Cooker/Crock Pot.
