Pros: Friendly staff, easy transportation available
Cons: Luckily I didn't find any!
A couple of months back I came to London for some business work and I booked a room in this hotel. I was particularly impressed by the decor, the customer service and great transport links. All in all it was nice staying in Crown Plaza hotel and would be booking again in next trip.
