We stay at this hotel for 7 days while on business. We booked through priceline. We arrived late and asked for a king room they did not have any left so they upgraded us to a junior suite. It was beautiful! We also had to have packages ship to the hotel for our convention. It was 8 boxes. They where great about it and then after the convention was over I had boxes left to ship back and they where very helpful. The only problem I had was that I used the iron and it had a sharp edge on it and it snagged my blouse. I talked with the front desk and they made it right. I will be staying here again next year for our convention.

I could easily recommend the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Orlando as a great place to stay. Overall the quality of the rooms is very nice and clean. The staff seems helpful and hardworking to make sure you stay is enjoyable. I really had a great time at this hotel. Saved a bundle on our hotel package @ ladolcetravel.com. Thanks
