Schweizerhof Zermatt Hotel

Pros: Good location without too much noise, nice introduction to the city
Cons: Nothing was too bad except maybe not having queen beds.

Great location, very close to train station but not noisy, view was of green roof and mountains but even the not great view was fine. Balcony was nice option.
No double or queen beds, just two single beds pushed together.
Staff was very friendly.
Free internet, both Mac and PC, in the lobby, is a bonus.
Chocolate store at entrance of hotel is AWESOME! Supermarket and other stores short walk away.
