    Pros: Works great at first.
    Cons: Bombs in a years time. Must pay another $100 and a contract.

    Summary: Purchased this unit to replace a standard unit with no DVR. DTV software upgrade made a world of difference with this unit. Unfortunately this unit's hard drive lasts only a year and mine just went out. Called DirecTV about the problem and received a
