At first glance, it's good but don't expect customer service!

Pros: good interface, installs easily
Cons: POOR customer service,upgrades will cost you,regardless if you buy outdated software.
I bought this product for my husband after he was laid off from his job. I thought it was a good idea to update his resume to something fresh and eyecatching. The outside of the box boasted it's endorsements by several professional people and ...

You won't be able to...

You won't be able to email a properly formatted resume, nor will it print without format errors. This software is counter productive. Spent more time trying to figure out why it doesn't work instead of trying to find work. I went back to MS Word.
