JVC GC-A55 Digital Camera

Pros: low cost
Cons: There are so many to choose from.

I bought this camera about two years ago, because I wanted a reasonably priced, reliable digital camera to take pictures of my family, but I've never really been happy with this one. Although it takes decent pictures in VERY good lighting, ie: outdoors, it has an awful flash that washes every picture out, and leaves an orange hue. The zoom doesn't work well, the "video" feature is practically useless. I guess the lesson I learned is that you get what you pay for. It was only $175, but even for a cheap camera, this is at the bottom of the pile in my opinion.

This is my second digital camera. I have never been happy with this camera. If you verily move the picture comes out blurry. When I plug my camera into the USB port my camera does not come up on the list.I have contacted JVC via phone & e-mail. They are no help at all. I am in the process of reviewing other brands so that I can pitch this camera. Waste of money in my opinion.
